my Philosophy

A sound approach to getting anything you want- If you want it badly enough. Almost everyone will tell you that they want to be healthy, happy, and rich – and lots of people are.

DIET

You are what you eat! You’ve heard this cliché from some of the finest medical minds and yet 60% of Americans are overweight. You’ll learn how to curb, control, and adjust your dietary habits to achieve a healthier, more youthful, active, and productive lifestyle.

EXERCISE

Our culture dictates that we spend more time sitting and less time in physical activities. Understanding how to incorporate a regular pattern of exercise, and not one that is necessarily painful or overly restrictive, helps increase your longevity, give you additional energy, and prevent physical problems.

ATTITUDE

Attitude is a mental position with regard to a fact or state. You’ll become skilled at modifying your mental position and almost improve your success in anything you do.

CONSISTENCY

The harmony of everything you do to accomplish a defined goal determines how much of your effort is effective and how much is wasted. Developing the drive to be consistent improves your time efficiency, reduces negative distractions, and prevents wasted efforts.

REST

The animal kingdom rests between bursts of extreme energy expenditures. Since human being are animals, we need rest too, and determining the type, frequency, and length of rest you get is critical to your ability to perform anything.

DETERMINATION

Deciding definitely and firmly that your goals are critical and leave no room for compromise or failure is essential. Educating yourself to establish unshakable goals reduces setbacks and helps to ensure that you accomplish exactly what you set out to do.
